Financial Accounting

Most businesses today require fast and accurate information to help manage their business. We provide a full range of account preparation, including benchmarking, profit history and cashflow analysis and are committed to providing it in a timely and understandable way.

A majority of our clients receive a Management letter at year end to advise their results, specific benchmarking analysis, taxation information and other relevant data.

We can also provide other services such as Banklink and MYOB.

Management Accounting

Management Accounting goes hand in hand with Cashflow budgeting.

We personally develop a cashflow budget for your business based on outcomes and objectives.

Once the cashflow budget has been prepared, we offer a service of monitoring the budget by comparing actual to budget figures on a regular basis.

We will provide a Management Report which not only compares actual to budget figures but can include key performance data and indicators which are a very useful management tool. The report will have up to date funding total which again can be used for management purposes including decision making and setting targets.

Cashflow Budgeting

Cashflow budgeting is an important part of any business but is very often neglected. It is a way of managing liquidity and monitoring day to day operations and performance.

Cashflow budgeting can be prepared for a number of reasons. Some of these include financing or as part of a business plan, but mostly they are used by your business to help manage money, plan for the future, improve decision making, identify problems and set targets.

Bookkeeping

We can provide an Accounting and Bookkeeping solution for you, using up to date software programs such as MYOB, Xero and Reckon.

This process will also help to make BAS reporting and lodgement easier.

Cloud Accounting

HMM now offers a Cloud Accounting solution for all our clients.

Cloud Accounting simplifies the way business owners manage and report their finances.

Cloud Accounting is primarily Accounting software such as MYOB, Xero & Reckon, that is hosted on a remote server off site from your location. Your information and data is stored "in the cloud".

You access the software through the internet or via a cloud application service provider. You no longer have to physically buy the software and install it on your computer. It also allows other branches or offices to access the same data, at the same time.

Data backups and disaster recovery are generally included as part of the Cloud Accounting software account.
